The MacKillop Saints 15 and Under took to the field last Friday to play Taminmin College for the NRL NT’s Top End Shield. In tough, humid conditions the Saints were unlucky to cross the line early as a series of early mistakes by Taminmin set the stage for a good arm wrestle. Taminmin’s side eventually overcame a valient Saints outfit to run out winners 28 – 6. Congratulations to all teachers, coaches and students for their efforts. This match brought the 2018 School Season to an end. The Saints look forward to 2018 and are excited by the opportunities the NRL NT Expansion bid will provide the Rugby League community.
