Leading the charge is Senior Boys coach, Mr. Matthew Sharp, who promises a thrilling showdown. "This game is like a passing of the torch for our Saints," Sharp exclaimed. "We've had a number of senior team stalwarts move on this year, opening the door for our up-and-comers and Year 10 standouts who are hungry to prove themselves."

In a blend of youthful exuberance and seasoned experience, standout players like Cooper Moore, awarded the Grade of Origin MVP, and the impressive recruit, Hunter Knight, are set to learn from club legends such as Koen Hughes, Cohen Patch, and Dan Murphy.

Keep an eye on Angus Cram, a Year 12 dynamo fresh off an outstanding Eels Cup run and a recent first grade debut with the Nightcliff Dragons in the local NRL NT competition. He'll be partnered by the talented Deacon Summerville in the halves, along with Dan Murphy and Kian T'Lam, who are both in top form after NTRU representative selections, rounding out the spine.

Coach Sharp didn't mince words about the competition ahead. "O'Loughlin Catholic College is no walk in the park," he acknowledged. "They've been sharpening their claws, and despite our recent winning streak against them, they're itching to snatch the Catholic Cup this time".

Fans of the Saints are invited to witness the action, kicking off at 3 pm. It promises to be a battle for the ages, with MacKillop aiming to defend their turf against a formidable opponent hungry for victory.
