Since 2012, MacKillop has been the premier location to play school based Rugby League in the Northern Territory. MacKillop is well known for both its successful School Boy and School Girl squads, fielding teams in every age division.

 

MacKillop also offers players the opportunity to study the game of Rugby League through curriculum offerings via the Saints Rugby League Academies available to students from Year 7 to Year 10. Enrolment in the Saints Rugby League Academy allows students to broaden their knowledge of the game and improve their skills under the tutelage of fully qualified, highly experienced and even Territory level coaches. Furthermore, enrolment in our Academies allows students the opportunity to achieve a number of nationally recognised qualifications, most notably the NRL Referee Certificate, LeagueSafe and Coaches Certificates.

 

A number of playing opportunities in both local and interstate competitions are on offer to our players. MacKillop participates in PARRS competitions, NRLNT Gala Days, a number of inter-school competitions and the Territory wide Eels Cup, in which we have experienced considerable success including several tournament wins.
